Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the TuronPass mobile application and digital travel pass services operated by TuronPass LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using TuronPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our services.
Service Description
TuronPass is a digital travel pass service that provides access to tourist attractions throughout Uzbekistan. Our service includes:
- Mobile application for iOS and Android devices
- Digital passes providing access to over 150 attractions
- QR code-based entry system
- Curated travel experiences and recommendations
- Cost-saving bundled attraction passes
User Accounts
To use certain features of TuronPass, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Purchase and Refund Policy
All purchases of TuronPass digital passes are subject to the following conditions:
- Passes are valid only for the specified duration from the date of first use
- Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser
- Refunds may be issued within 24 hours of purchase if the pass has not been activated
- No refunds will be issued for partially used passes
- Refunds may be considered in case of technical failures preventing pass usage
Attraction Access
While TuronPass strives to ensure access to all partner attractions, please note:
- Operating hours and availability of attractions are subject to change
- Some attractions may require advance reservations
- TuronPass is not responsible for temporary closures of attractions
- Entry may be refused if attraction-specific rules are not followed
- Additional fees may apply for special exhibitions or events not covered by the standard pass
User Conduct
When using TuronPass, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuronPass shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Personal injury or property damage related to your use of our services
- Any actions, content, or resources of third-party attractions
- Service interruptions or communication failures
- Loss of data or information transmitted through the service
Modifications to Terms
TuronPass reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the application. Your continued use of TuronPass after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By using TuronPass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
