License Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TuronPass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the TuronPass mobile application and digital pass services for your personal, non-commercial travel purposes within Uzbekistan.

This license permits you to:

• Download and install the TuronPass application on your personal mobile device
• Access and visit the attractions included in your purchased pass package
• Use the QR code-based entry system at participating attractions
• Access travel information and recommendations provided within the application

You may not:

• Transfer or resell your TuronPass to another individual
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the pass for commercial tour operations without prior written agreement
• Create derivative works based on the TuronPass application or services

TuronPass digital passes are valid only:

All content, features, and functionality of the TuronPass application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of TuronPass or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies of the application in your possession.

TuronPass may from time to time develop updates, which may include upgrades, modifications, bug fixes, patches, and other error corrections. You agree that TuronPass has no obligation to provide any updates or continued support for the application, but if updates are made available, the terms of this Agreement will govern such updates.
